What we do for our Environment
Minimizing our carbon footprint is something that Frontier takes very seriously. By reducing our impact on the planet we can guarantee a better future for everyone. Frontier works hard to reduce the number of empty backhaul miles – the miles a truck travels on a return trip without hauling freight – which saves gas to reduce carbon emissions. Our initiative to make our fleet electric within seven years means we can get on the grid and off the pump.
What we do for our Community
Social responsibility is one of the cornerstones of Frontier’s corporate profile. Every year, Frontier staff chooses 10 charities or organizations to support through fundraising initiatives and corporate sponsorship. Some of our philanthropic benefactors include the Children’s Wish Foundation, War Child, Heart and Stroke Association, Bear Clan Patrol, Meals on Wheels, Winkler Flyers, and the Humane Society.
